Get to Know Matt
Matt Lemons is a dedicated Alaska realtor with deep roots in Southcentral Alaska and a lifelong connection to the outdoors. Having spent most of his life in Alaska, he brings firsthand knowledge of the unique challenges and rewards of buying and selling in the Last Frontier.
Matt grew up in a military family stationed in Anchorage, Alaska. Matt left the state to attend college, and after graduating from the University of Utah, he returned to Alaska. Matt started investing in real estate early, and currently lives in the Mat-Su Valley with his wife and two sons. When he's not working on real estate, Matt spends time outside with his family — hiking, skiing, camping, climbing, mountain biking, splitboarding, fishing, and hunting.

Dedication to Community
Matt and his family are committed to the Mat-Su Valley. Matt believes in giving back to the community where he lives and recreates, and works hard to impress that value on his children. From community clean ups to trail development, Matt and his family volunteer with and support several local organizations. Notably, Matt volunteers with search and rescue for the Alaska Mountain Rescue Group and coaches for the Mat-Su Ski Club Junior Nordics cross-country skiing program. He has volunteered as a coach for the Polar Cubs and Otters kids group for the past two years and supports youth biking and cross country skiing.
In addition, Matt Lemons Realty has sponsored the Hatcher Pass Avalanche Center as well as partnered with the Mat-Su Ski Club and Valley Mountain Bikers and Hikers to support biking and skiing events.
